Jeff Rajeck

Jeff Rajeck is currently a researcher, trainer, and consultant for Econsultancy in Asia-Pacific and posts frequently on the Econsultancy blog about digital marketing with a focus on analytics.

For the last 5 years, Jeff has been providing marketing training and consulting in the APAC region. He encourages his clients to take a critical look at their marketing tactics to ensure they support business goals and objectives. Additionally, he believes that marketers should form hypotheses, run experiments and use analytics to support their decisions.

Recent customers have included global firms such as Adidas, Cathay Pacific and Remy Cointreau as well as Asian companies including JetPrivilege, Great Eastern, and Singtel.

Before working in digital media, Jeff ran a team of system analysts at Thomson Reuters in London, New York and, most recently, in Singapore.

Jeff holds a BA in English from University Of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign), a PgD in Computing from Manchester Metropolitan University (UK), and a Master’s in Financial Engineering from Nanyang Technological University (Singapore).

Jeff is a proud father of 3 and enjoys spending time with family – as well as rare moments of peace and quiet.

Liz worked in the entertainment industry for 12 years on film launches such as Harry Potter, Fast & Furious and Mamma Mia. During this time she gained a wealth of experience in marketing, including advertising, promotional planning, trade marketing and marketing communications. The latter was predominantly focused on digital media and how to use new and emerging platforms to engage with consumers. 

Liz took a maternity break, during which time she completed her Masters in Social Media Marketing, and then decided on a career change to professional academia. Liz is now focused on teaching and supporting students for Marketing qualifications and supporting local businesses with marketing consultancy services. Liz has worked for the University of Hertfordshire, delivering their undergraduate courses, and the level 4 and 6 CIM qualifications. She has now worked as a tutor for 8 years, and has experience in supporting students across a range of postgraduate and university qualifications.

Eu Gene is the Lead Trainer in Asia for Econsultancy and has trained over 6,000 participants in digital marketing courses and seminars across Asia. He provides digital marketing training and consulting for global clients like American Express, Gucci, Standard Chartered, Volkswagen, TripAdvisor, Sanofi, and regional firms like SPH, Maybank, OCBC, Media Prima, Resorts World Sentosa, Great Eastern and Singtel among many others. Eu Gene also lectures digital marketing in the MBA and Executive Education programmes at the National University of Singapore (NUS).

Eu Gene has 23 years experience in marketing, and has worked in top global firms like 3M, FedEx and DHL in various senior sales and marketing roles. He is also one of the few certified Google Regional Trainer that trains the official Google AdWords and Analytics courses.  Eu Gene also leads the regional trainer team for the Econsultancy’s Certificate in Digital Marketing programme.  He has worked with SPRING Singapore, International Enterprise (IE) Singapore, Workforce Development Agency (WDA), and other government agencies to promote digital marketing among Singapore businesses.

Sharon Fernandes is currently Chief Client and Growth Officer at Wunderman Thompson Singapore.

In her role, Sharon leans in as a cross-functional digital catalyst to create data-driven strategies to deliver connected commerce, experience and technology solutions focused on the consumer. Sharon has led multiple digital transformations and ecommerce initiatives across China, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia and the US. She has also had the privilege of working with some of the most well-known brands in the world including HSBC, Manulife, Cathay Pacific, Shiseido, LVMH-Moët Hennessy, Pan Pacific hotels, Brother, Fidelity to name a few.

Arvind Sethumadhavan

Arvind helps businessses design and implement scalable innovation and digital transformation  programs by embedding new capabilies as a growth catalyst. He has driven the launch of global innovation labs enabling development of new applications in areas like AI for Advanced Analytics and Creative Technologies for delivering better Customer Experience. For MNCs, he has curated innovation accelerator programs collaborating with technology partners and start-ups across Automotive, FMCG and Travel sectors. 

Arvind is a huge advocate of Asia’s growth opportunity and has led thought leadership series on Asia’s Digital Disruption and Smart City development in collaboration with MIT Technology Review and The Economist. He is an active contributor and speaker in leading industry initiatives and events like i-COM Global Data Ventures Challenge Jury, AI Summit, Singapore Smart Nation Summit, Cannes Lions Innovation Jury, WEF, etc.

Arvind has over 25 years of professional experience having lived and worked in India, Hong Kong, China, Malaysia and Singapore working with Dentsu Aegis Network, JamiQ Private Limited, WPP GroupM and Kantar. He lives in Singapore with his family of 3, enjoys long bike rides and blues music with a single malt in his downtime.

Delicia Tan
Managing Director, Client Growth and Innovation
Edelman Singapore

Delicia Tan leads the Reputation Practice at Edelman Singapore. In her role, she is charged with dimensionalising major client relationships across the firm.

A tenured Client Strategist for key regional and global clients based in Singapore, Delicia leads the firm’s key public sector relationships with the Singapore Tourism Board, Singapore Prison Service as well as DesignSingapore.

She has led some of the firm’s largest client relationships across Asia Pacific, serving as the Regional Client Relationship Manager for Samsung Consumer Electronics and GE, with a focus on Reputation Management and Public Sector engagement.

She also spent three years in China, leading the Corporate Practice in Beijing.  There she directed Corporate Reputation, stakeholder engagement and issues mitigation initiatives for large global clients including HP, Ericsson, Mars Petcare, Lixil and BMW China.

Delicia started her public relations career at the Singapore Tourism Board, building communications and engagement campaigns in support of the Board’s economic objectives.

Prior to joining STB, Delicia was with Singapore Health Services, where she drove the public healthcare cluster’s branding and marketing efforts across eight medical institutions.  She was also part of the crisis communications team managing public communications  for the SARS outbreak in 2003.

She also spent three years honing her storytelling skills producing broadcast and digital lifestyle news content for Singapore’s national newspaper, The Straits Times.
