Jeff Rajeck
Research Analyst

Jeff Rajeck is currently a researcher, trainer, and consultant for Econsultancy in Asia-Pacific and posts frequently on the Econsultancy blog about digital marketing with a focus on analytics.

For the last 5 years, Jeff has been providing marketing training and consulting in the APAC region. He encourages his clients to take a critical look at their marketing tactics to ensure they support business goals and objectives. Additionally, he believes that marketers should form hypotheses, run experiments and use analytics to support their decisions.

Recent customers have included global firms such as Adidas, Cathay Pacific and Remy Cointreau as well as Asian companies including JetPrivilege, Great Eastern, and Singtel.

Before working in digital media, Jeff ran a team of system analysts at Thomson Reuters in London, New York and, most recently, in Singapore.

Jeff holds a BA in English from University Of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign), a PgD in Computing from Manchester Metropolitan University (UK), and a Master’s in Financial Engineering from Nanyang Technological University (Singapore).

Jeff is a proud father of 3 and enjoys spending time with family – as well as rare moments of peace and quiet.

Elizabeth Taylor

Liz worked in the entertainment industry for 12 years on film launches such as Harry Potter, Fast & Furious and Mamma Mia. During this time she gained a wealth of experience in marketing, including advertising, promotional planning, trade marketing and marketing communications. The latter was predominantly focused on digital media and how to use new and emerging platforms to engage with consumers. 

Liz took a maternity break, during which time she completed her Masters in Social Media Marketing, and then decided on a career change to professional academia. Liz is now focused on teaching and supporting students for Marketing qualifications and supporting local businesses with marketing consultancy services. Liz has worked for the University of Hertfordshire, delivering their undergraduate courses, and the level 4 and 6 CIM qualifications. She has now worked as a tutor for 8 years, and has experience in supporting students across a range of postgraduate and university qualifications.

Damien Cummings

Damien Cummings is Econsultancy’s Entrepreneur-in-Residence and Principal Consultant. Damien is a digital disrupter and change agent with over 20 years’ experience in marketing and digital transformation. He is highly awarded, being honoured with “Global Top 50 Digital Marketing Leaders 2016”, “Financial Services Marketer of the Year 2016”, “Digital Marketer of the Year 2016”, “Most Influential CMO 2015”, “Marketing Professional of The Year 2012” and the “Brand Leadership Award 2011”.

Damien is currently CEO of Peoplewave a cloud-based HR software company on a mission to make work fair. Before entrepreneurship, he was Global Head of Digital Marketing at Standard Chartered Bank. Prior to this he was Chief Marketing Officer at Philips APAC. Damien has also worked at major global brands such as Samsung, Dell, Ogilvy & Mather, Citibank, Coca-Cola, NRMA and McKinsey & Company.


Deborah Kay

Deborah Kay is the founder of Digital Discovery, which provides data-driven digital strategy advisory and digital intelligence to CEOs, enterprises and financial investors. Digital Discovery also consults with large enterprises on their chatbot strategy, intelligence training and conversational design.

Deborah is a artificial intelligence enthusiast and bot influencer. She is an official Chatfuel Creator with her templates listed in the Chatfuel dashboard. She has been described as a “ Dialogflow guru and can help you make the bot responsive to incoming messages with personality.”

Bots that she has built include:

  • ColorMeHappy Cosmetics chatbot, an e-commerce bot on Facebook Messenger that can analyse your skin tone and recommend lipstick shades
  • Sammy the Sailing Bot – a bot that taps on data.gov.sg’s API to give sailors wind speed and weather conditions at the National Sailing Centre
  • EmojiBot – a dialogflow agent that can handle any emoji
  • Gif Finder – a Chatfuel Template that integrates with Giphy’s API (Deborah is an official Chatfuel Creator)

In 2017, she was added to the Global #bottish100 Power 100 chatbot influencers, ranking #1 in Singapore. In 2018, she was appointed one of the expert judges ( “we decided to focus on the ones who are the most active and contribute to the industry the most” ) for the annual Chatbottle awards.

She also writes for Chatbot’s Life Magazine and UX Collective on conversational design and NLP. In 2018, she was named one of Medium’s top writers in Artificial Intelligence.

Chhavi Porwal

Chhavi is an Inbound Success Coach working as a Channel Consultant with HubSpot for the past year and half. In her role, she helps Digital Marketing agencies in APAC grow and scale through application of inbound marketing. She specialises in lead generation and nurturing strategy therefore helping generate revenue for her partners and customers. 

Prior to joining HubSpot, Chhavi has worked with Microsoft and Oracle managing their digital marketing campaigns and customer advocacy programs. She loves the transformation her career has gone through from starting as a Banker and now living breathing digital marketing. 

Besides, her passion for inbound marketing she is a proud mother of 2 boys and spends time exploring the world through her kids eyes.

Fern Chiang Kong

Fern Chiang is an experienced entrepreneur and professional marketer who has more than 11 years of experience handling branding and marketing for many international brands in key industries, ranging from FMCG, Banking & Insurance, education, healthcare/pharmaceuticals to technology and more. Some of the clients includes L’Oreal, Club 21, Cerebos, M&M’s, AIG, Nanyang Technological University, Botox, Juvederm, Betadine and ST Electronics.

More than that, he has an unique strength in cross border marketing between China and Singapore, venturing into the China market since 2008. Today, he has helped many Singapore companies market their products and brands into China through innovative and practical routes. He adopts an integrated approach to marketing new brands into the competitive Chinese market, integrating both offline channels like exhibitions to open up distribution channels to online channels like e-commerce, WeChat commerce to develop O2O business models for the Chinese market.
